Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://deyoungarborcare.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. DeYoung Arbor Care reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, DeYoung Arbor Care markets and arranges Tree Removal, Junk Removal, Storm Damage Cleanup, Tree Trimming, Stump Grinding. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. DeYoung Arbor Care (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. DeYoung Arbor Care may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. DeYoung Arbor Care disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Damages. DeYoung Arbor Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify DeYoung Arbor Care from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. IN law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of IN, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. DeYoung Arbor Care may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
